In Brézé and Saint-Cyr-en-Bourg, Arnaud Lambert works some of the most emblematic limestone terroirs in the Saumur region. This diversity of soils allows for the exploration of contrasting expressions of Chenin Blanc and Cabernet Franc, with particular attention paid to the purity of the profiles and the precision of the balances.

Ripeness is rigorously sought to preserve the fruit's vibrancy and a clean structure.
