We're in the Auvergne region, and that makes all the difference: volcanic soils, natural acidity, vibrant yet not thin juices. Auroux works with Gamay and other local varieties with a gentleness reminiscent of natural winemaking, without resorting to easy solutions. The wines are often crisp, sometimes deeper depending on the plot. In short: quiet energy. A true pleasure to pair with food.
