Anecdotes from the estate: Chardonnay on our plots in the southern part of the Montagne de Reims brings finesse, while Pinot Noir in the Epernay region adds fruity notes to our Premier Cru Champagnes. A little history of the estate: As a family, with the support of experienced oenologists, we carry out all stages of winemaking, respecting the purest Champagne tradition to guarantee you exceptional quality. For the first time this year, we entered our Champagnes in three competitions and won five medals (two for the Blanc de Blancs, two for the Prestige, and one for the Tradition). The pride of the estate: Our 5-hectare vineyard extends exclusively across Premier Cru villages: Billy-Le-Grand, Bisseuil, Mareuil-sur-Ay, Ay-Champagne, and Dizy. 60% of this area is planted with Chardonnay and 40% with Pinot Noir.
