Anecdotes from the estate The short history of Clos Sorian is a small estate of 7 hectares located between Sète and Montpellier, in Poussan. Ambitious and creative, Florent Granier, after 15 years at Chateau Labégorce Margaux, bought the Clos and expanded the range of wines. In addition to the two appellation wines, an appellation rosé and two country wines will be added. The pride of the estate To help our terroir express itself, and to produce wines that are different from each other, we practice what is known as "sustainable" farming. Our philosophy is to let our exceptional terroir speak for itself, by limiting human influences, which are often disruptive and productivist and lead to wines that all taste the same.
