In the heart of the Alsatian vineyards, our estate, located in Mittelwihr (10km from Colmar), offers a wide range of Alsatian wines and wine tourism activities. Estate anecdotes: In 1955, our grandfather acquired a plot of land above the Grand Cru Mandelberg, in the locality of Grasburg. This plot was then simply a meadow. It took our family more than 30 years to tame this terroir and fully understand it. Today, it yields an exceptional wine each year, with notes of white-fleshed fruit beautifully enhanced by a lovely acidity. The estate's history: Founded in 1955 by Alfred Specht, the estate is now being developed by Benjamin and Thibault, the third generation of independent winemakers. Located in Mittelwihr, in the heart of the vineyard's gems, the estate fully benefits from a microclimate that allows us to produce wines that are both generous and unique. The pride of our estate. Our winery offers the full range of Alsatian wines, from Edelzwicker to Sélection de Grains Nobles, including Pinot Noir and a wide selection of Crémant d'Alsace. More than just producing wine, our mission is to cultivate a know-how, a way of being, a landscape, and a heritage every day. We are committed to respecting the environment, which is why we strive to use as few pesticides as possible and limit fertilizer use. For us, sustainable development is not only ecological but also human; thus, 80% of our production is harvested by hand.
