Below is a list of payment methods accepted on Les Grappes Pro:

1. Cash payment by bank card:

2. Payment by bank transfer

  • Bank transfer within 30 days

1. Cash payment by bank card (Bank card / Apple Pay / Shop Pay)

Payment by credit card (CB, Apple Pay, Shop Pay) is a one-time payment. This payment method is recommended for faster shipping.

Upon order confirmation, payment is immediately debited via our secure platform. An invoice is automatically generated and made available to the customer. The order is then prepared and shipped the next business day, according to standard delivery times.

2. Payment by bank transfer

Payment by bank transfer is a cash payment .

So, how does it actually work?

  1. Generating a quote

    After your order is validated, a quote will be sent to you.

    This quote is valid for 15 days .
  2. Payment by bank transfer

    You make the bank transfer based on the information provided on the quote.
  3. Payment confirmation

    The order is considered paid only after receipt and validation of the transfer .
  4. Preparation and shipping

    Once payment is confirmed, your order is prepared and then shipped according to the usual delivery times.

Key points to remember:

  • No preparation or shipment can begin until payment has been received.
  • Quotes not paid by the end of their validity period (15 days) may be automatically cancelled.

3. Deferred payment

3.1. 30-day SEPA Direct Debit

Payment by SEPA direct debit at 30 days is a deferred payment solution, reserved for eligible customers ( see eligibility conditions at the bottom of the page ).

Functioning

  1. Order confirmation

    When you place your order, an invoice is automatically issued and sent to you.
  2. Order preparation

    The order is prepared immediately , without waiting for payment.
  3. Bank withdrawal

    The invoice amount is debited 30 days after the order date , from the bank account specified in the SEPA mandate.

Key points to remember

  • The order amount must be compatible with your authorized credit limit.
  • In the event of exceeding the credit limit or an invalid mandate, this payment method may be deactivated.

3.2. Payment by bank transfer within 30 days


Payment by bank transfer within 30 days is a deferred payment , available only to eligible customers ( see eligibility conditions at the bottom of the page ).

Functioning

  1. Order placement & invoicing

    When you place your order, an invoice is automatically issued and sent to you.
  2. Order preparation

    The order is prepared immediately , without waiting for payment.
  3. Payment by bank transfer

    You have 30 days from the order date to make the bank transfer, according to the details shown on the invoice.
  4. Late payment

    If payment is not received by the due date, the invoice will be considered overdue and may be subject to a collection and recovery process in accordance with our general terms and conditions.

  • The order amount must remain within your authorized credit limit.
  • Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in the suspension of this payment method.

How can I be eligible for deferred payment terms?

30-day payment terms are reserved for professional clients who meet certain eligibility criteria (length of relationship, order history, purchase volume, authorized credit limit).

How can I benefit from it?

Analysis of your case : our teams then study your request using our payment guarantee tool in order to assess your eligibility for payment in 30 days.

Validation and activation : if your application is validated, this payment method is activated on your account and can be used for your future orders.

In case of refusal or exceeding of the credit limit, this payment method may be automatically deactivated.
