1. Where do we deliver to business customers?

We deliver to the following countries:

• Mainland France (including Corsica)
• Spain
• Italy
• Belgium
• Germany
• Netherlands

We are also authorized to deliver worldwide. If you would like to be delivered to another country, please send an email request to pro@lesgrappes.com.

2. What are the delivery times?

Île-de-France

For business customers located in Île-de-France, the delivery time is generally two working days from the dispatch of the order from our warehouse.

Rest of France

For the rest of France, delivery times are on average between two and five working days, depending on the carrier in charge of delivery and the delivery terms (appointment scheduling, standard round, transported volumes).

3. Free delivery

Free delivery applies from 36 bottles ordered. You can mix and match your order per carton.

4. Package format

Your grouped delivery will be packaged as an individual parcel, half-pallet or European pallet depending on the number of parcels.

5. In case of a problem

In case of breakage or incomplete package, it is necessary to make reservations upon receipt of the package, by taking photos and sending a message to pro@lesgrappes.com.

Customer Service will generate a credit note or initiate a re-shipment depending on stock.
