Our opinion on the vintage
This Champagne offers an open and seductive nose, evoking aromas of pastry and dried fruit. On the palate, it is flattering and generous, with a freshness that provides a beautiful structure. Notes of white fruit and almonds linger pleasantly on the finish, offering a balanced and refreshing tasting experience. This wine will be perfect to accompany a selection of hard or soft cheeses during your festive evenings.
Located in Épernay, the capital of Champagne, Champagne Patrick Boivin is a family-run estate founded by Marie-Madeleine and Patrick Boivin. Today, the business is gradually being passed on to their two daughters, each bringing their own unique style while continuing the family legacy. The vineyard covers six hectares, primarily situated in the Marne Valley and on the southern slopes of Épernay, with Premier Cru parcels, notably in Pierry and Cumières. The cuvées, characterized by extended aging, express the typicity of the terroirs with finesse. In 2019, the estate presented a unique cuvée from a walled vineyard surrounding the family home in Épernay. Committed to both modernity and tradition, the family cultivates a deep passion for their terroir and welcomes visitors to their cellar to share their world and their champagnes.
