Our opinion on the vintage
This wine has a clear, pale yellow color. On the nose, one perceives very distinct floral and fruity notes. On the palate, it is straightforward, with a beautiful balance between richness and vivacity. It will pair perfectly with parsley ham, rillettes, or even Burgundy snails. Enjoy chilled as an aperitif or with white meat.
