Our opinion on the vintage
This wine has a very attractive pale golden-yellow color. On the nose, aromas of white flowers, citrus, and exotic fruits immediately evoke sunny days. On the palate, the attack is soft and gentle, followed by a refreshing vivacity that perfectly balances the sweetness. Floral notes are dominant, with a subtle touch of quince and pear. Perfect for sharing a convivial moment with friends.
For the Berthier family, winemaking has been a continuous tradition for five generations. In 2012, Clément and Florian took over the family estate with a clear vision: to continue their work while asserting a contemporary approach, focused on pleasure and the clarity of the wines. Their motivation remains simple and unwavering: to produce wines that inspire sharing.
The core of their project remains the Coteaux du Giennois, an appellation they champion with constancy and conviction. Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir are cultivated there to express straightforward, clean profiles, driven by natural freshness. Gradually, the estate expanded to Pouilly-Fumé and Menetou-Salon, without ever losing this guiding principle: respecting the identity of each terroir rather than seeking uniformity.
