Our opinion on the cuvée
This wine displays a beautiful pale yellow hue and offers an enchanting nose with exotic fruit notes such as pineapple and passionfruit. On the palate, it presents a round and balanced attack, underscored by a subtle minerality. The finish is pleasantly long, leaving a refreshing sensation. Perfect with a white fish tartare with citrus or fresh cheeses, this wine will delight enthusiasts of exotic flavors and vibrancy.
