Domaine de Cardon, founded in 2013 by Thierry Bied, Pierre Pouguet, and Frédérique de Cardon on the Côte Chalonnaise, quickly distinguished itself with its award-winning wines. Les 4 Parcelles, a Chardonnay blend, and Les Gardes, a 100% Pinot Noir, have received Silver and Gold medals. Cultivating typical Burgundian grape varieties such as Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, the Domaine offers authentic terroir wines perfectly reflecting Burgundian tradition. A rich history and an exciting renewal make Cardon an essential estate in Burgundy.

Our opinion on the cuvée
This Chardonnay is a true delight for white wine enthusiasts. Its pale yellow color with pale gold reflections heralds a generous bouquet of exotic fruit aromas, notably pineapple and mango, complemented by delicate floral notes. On the palate, its delicate attack and subtle roundness offer a harmonious and balanced sensory experience. Perfect as an accompaniment to an aperitif or a fish-based dish, this wine will delight the most discerning palates.
