Our opinion on the cuvée

This wine presents an explosive and fresh nose, offering zesty notes that awaken the senses. On the palate, its freshness is fully expressed, providing a lively and refreshing sensation. Its light texture and unique aromas make it an ideal choice to pair with seafood, spicy dishes, or summer salads. Cuvée Marie stands out in Languedoc thanks to its surprising blend of Rolle and Colombard de Gascogne, thus offering an authentic and singular tasting experience.

Maison Ventenac

Maison Ventenac

Languedoc | France

Located within the Cabardès appellation area, about ten kilometers west of Carcassonne, Maison Ventenac is a family estate nestled against the foothills of the Montagne Noire. The vineyard spans approximately 135 hectares and is currently undergoing organic conversion, with particular attention paid to soil management and environmental preservation.

Winemaking aims to minimize artifice, favoring precise aging methods tailored to each cuvée's profile.
