A family-owned estate passed down through seven generations, the estate is now led by Baptiste Carrière Pradal, who continues the agro-environmental initiatives started by his mother, Catherine. A pioneer in vitiforestry, the estate has planted nearly 4 km of hedgerows across approximately 20 hectares, promoting biodiversity, a natural microclimate, and soil vitality. These developments encourage the presence of beneficial insects, birds, and bats, contributing to natural pest control. Located between Béziers and Pézenas, the vineyard spans 60 hectares cultivated organically on Villafranchian terraces. In 2017, the historic winery was completely renovated, continuing the work carried out by Catherine and her mother Jacqueline before her. The wines express sunny terroirs with notes of garrigue. More than 25 grape varieties are grown here, blending Syrah, Grenache, Mourvèdre, and Chardonnay with indigenous varieties such as Clairette, Bourboulenc, and Morastel.
