Our opinion on the vintage

This wine has an attractive pale yellow color. On the nose, delicate notes of white flowers, toast, and almonds subtly emerge. On the palate, an interesting minerality mingles with honeyed flavors for a harmonious finish. Perfectly balanced, it will pair wonderfully with cod en papillote or white meat with cream and morels. A wine that will appeal to lovers of fine and elegant white wines.

The white wines made from Chardonnay are distinguished by clean fruit and fine minerality, characteristic of the Chablisien, while other appellations of the ... Lire plus
