Domaine Mathias is a family-owned vineyard located in Chaintré (71570) in the Mâconnais region of southern Burgundy. The Mathias family has been producing wine since 1894 and currently cultivates 12 hectares of vineyards. The estate has been farmed organically since 2010, and its wines have been certified organic since 2013.

The main appellations are Pouilly-Fuissé, Pouilly-Vinzelles, and Mâcon-Chaintré, with white wines primarily made from the Chardonnay grape and a few reds made from Gamay. Wines are vinified in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks or, for certain vintages, in oak barrels, with aging on the lees to add complexity and roundness. The estate also offers Crémant de Bourgogne and Côteaux Bourguignons.
