Domaine Chavy-Chouet is a family-owned Burgundy estate, primarily located in Meursault with parcels in renowned terroirs of the Côte de Beaune, notably Puligny-Montrachet, Saint-Aubin, Volnay, and Pommard. The estate originated from the union of two historic families and is now managed by Romaric Chavy, representing the seventh generation.

The vineyard covers approximately fifteen hectares, primarily planted with Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, along with some Aligoté. Viticulture is conducted according to sustainable farming principles to respect the soils and the expression of the terroirs.
