On the nose, you’ll discover subtle, delicate aromas of red berries, which gradually give way to citrus notes after some time in the glass. On the palate, it offers a full-bodied, rich texture, with a delicate fruitiness that coats the palate. A balanced and delicate wine, perfect as an aperitif with friends or to pair with salads or summer meals.
Stories from the Estate People have been making wine in our world since the dawn of time. Being a winemaker means being part of this long tradition that has been passed down from generation to generation. It is also the memory of a remarkable Bordeaux oenologist, Georges Pauli, who introduced me to some truly great wines 25 years ago and who remains, for me, a model of the connection between terroir, great wines, and consumers around the world.
