Our opinion on the cuvée
Intense nose of apricot, peach, and white flowers. The palate is full-bodied, unctuous, and perfectly balanced, leading to a long and aromatic finish.
Hailing from the Rhône Valley, Julien Pilon is a passionate winemaker who built his estate around a quest for purity, finesse, and authentic expression of the northern terroirs. After formative experiences with major houses and winemakers, from the Rhône Valley to Languedoc and then Spain, he launched his personal project in 2010, vinifying his first vintage in his parents' garage before gradually establishing his own winery in Chavanay, in the heart of the region.
The estate cultivates a wide variety of prestigious appellations from the Northern Rhône, for both white and red wines, ranging from Condrieu, Saint-Péray, Saint-Joseph and Hermitage for whites, to Saint-Joseph, Côte-Rôtie and Cornas for reds.
