Our opinion on the cuvée

This Château Ascumbas cuvée reveals an intense and complex nose, blending notes of ripe black fruit, sweet spices, and forest floor. On the palate, it offers a silky, velvety texture with a lovely concentration of red fruit and a hint of licorice on the finish. This elegant and generous wine offers beautiful harmony on the palate, perfect for pairing with hearty, convivial dishes. A sure bet to accompany a variety of dishes and enhance your dining experience.
