Once upon a time, in Ventenac, a small village in the Aude region, endless rows of vines danced to the rhythm of the Autan wind, seemingly cascading into the rolling horizons of the Pyrenean foothills. There, chiseled, straightforward, and full-bodied wines are crafted, their juices truly highlighting the authenticity of their grapes.
Surprised by such a conclusive result, they sought to understand the reason… Then the explanation came: absentmindedly, they had forgotten to age their Chardonnay in barrels… which, as it turns out, suits it perfectly.

Winemaking aims to minimize artifice, favoring precise aging methods tailored to each cuvée's profile. Depending on the wine, vessels vary between tanks, large-capacity foudres, and amphorae, to refine textures without masking the fruit's expression.
