Our opinion on the cuvée

This rosé wine presents a pale pink color with a slight brick hue. On the nose, it reveals notes of white flowers and crisp red berries. On the palate, it is lively and spicy, with a blackcurrant finish. Its beautiful aromatic persistence makes it an ideal companion for tapas, grilled dishes, or fresh seasonal salads.

Maison Ventenac

Maison Ventenac

Languedoc | France

Located within the Cabardès appellation area, about ten kilometers west of Carcassonne, Maison Ventenac is a family estate nestled against the foothills of the Montagne Noire. The vineyard spans approximately 135 hectares and is currently undergoing organic conversion, with particular attention paid to soil management and environmental preservation.

Winemaking aims to minimize artifice, favoring precise aging methods tailored to each cuvée's profile.
