Our opinion on the cuvée
The color is a deep, brilliant, and inviting ruby red, like an invitation to immerse oneself in the essence of the Loire terroir. On the nose, the expression is expressive and harmonious: vibrant red fruits—morello cherry, raspberry—intertwine with darker notes of blackberry and sweet spices, with a subtle, well-integrated hint of wood that enriches without overpowering. On the palate, the attack is supple and sensual, then the body settles in with elegance: the tannins are fine and pulpy, enveloping the fruit in a velvety texture. The acidity, balanced and invigorating, carries the wine toward a fresh and lingering finish, where aromatic intensity and delicacy come together. A red wine with character, both rich and refined, that harmoniously blends depth and elegance.
