Our opinion on the cuvée

This Chinon presents a ruby color with violet reflections. On the nose, it reveals aromas of slightly smoky black fruits, adding a touch of indulgence. On the palate, the texture is supple and juicy, with a subtle acidity that awakens the taste buds. Crunchy tannins give way to peppery notes on the finish. Perfect for an aperitif or a charcuterie and cheese board.

For Éric, the profession of winemaker is a comprehensive one, blending vineyard work, winemaking, knowledge transfer, and human connection.

Located in the hamlet of Le Saut au Loup, in the commune of Ligré, the vineyard spans 14 hectares of a ... Read more
