Our opinion on the cuvée

This Pinot Noir offers a beautiful red color and a fruity nose with red berry aromas. On the palate, it presents a pleasant lightness with lingering wild strawberry notes. Perfect for accompanying veal risotto or cooked ham, this wine can be enjoyed at any time of day. It can even be a surprising dessert pairing, especially with a raspberry tart. A wine that truly knows how to charm the palate.

Domaine Biet

Domaine Biet

Burgundy | France

In Seigy, on the left bank of the Cher, Domaine Biet is a story of family and heritage. Julie and her father Jean-Marc now work hand-in-hand on this Loire vineyard, with a shared vision: to produce authentic wines that respect their environment and are deeply rooted in their terroir. The estate extends over clay-limestone hillsides typical of Touraine, a few kilometers from Blois, in a rural setting that remains vibrant.

The connection to wine is ancient and deeply personal. Julie grew up amidst markets, fairs, and harvests, steeped in the gestures and sounds of the trade. After several experiences in the wine trade, both in France and abroad, she returns to the estate with the desire to bring her perspective, without breaking with the family legacy. The work is done as a duo, balancing tradition and adaptation, with each bringing their unique sensibility.
