This cuvée is produced from Pineau d'Aunis vines, a grape variety we particularly appreciate for its finesse.
Olivier vinifies it delicately, with a brief carbonic maceration of about a week before pressing, followed by tank aging, to preserve the fluidity and crisp fruit that make this cuvée the perfect wine to enjoy with friends under the arbor!!

Our opinion on the cuvée
A Loire red just as we like them: light, vibrant, and incredibly convivial.
A brief carbonic maceration of about a week brings forth bright, crisp, almost juicy fruit. In the glass, it reveals notes of fresh red berries, a spicy hint typical of the grape variety, and a light structure that immediately invites another sip.
An easy-drinking yet precise red, full of energy, perfectly suited for joyful gatherings and lingering aperitifs!
Perfect with a charcuterie board, soft cheeses, quiche, or savory tart.
In short, the ultimate wine for friends!!

Olivier is somewhat of a master craftsman winemaker, producing precise and unique wines through organic viticulture. The Loire winemaker methodically crafts wines from blends of diverse grape varieties such as Chenin Noir, Cot, Gamay, Cabernet Franc, and Chenin. All these efforts are guided by his core principle
