Our opinion on the cuvée
This wine displays a pale yellow color with green reflections. On the nose, lemon aromas emerge upon aeration, offering a pleasant freshness. On the palate, there is a beautiful harmony between the vibrancy of citrus notes and a subtle minerality. Its texture is fluid and light, ideal for pairing with fish or white meats. A straightforward and refreshing wine, best enjoyed within the next 7 years at a temperature of 11 to 12°C.
