Our opinion on the cuvée
This white wine has a pale yellow color with brilliant highlights. On the nose, it reveals aromas of lemon, yellow grapefruit, vine peach, and a subtle hint of white pepper. On the palate, the attack is dense, offering lovely aromatic persistence. Perfect for pairing with shrimp tartare with yuzu lemon or grilled sea bream, this wine stands out for its freshness and complexity. Best served between 8 and 10°C, it will add a touch of elegance to your dining experience.

The estate is committed to a sustainable viticulture approach, with Terra Vitis certification, aiming to reconcile respect for the soil, the plant, and consistent quality. Cultivation practices seek to preserve the vineyard's balance while highlighting local specificities.
