Maison Ventenac, led by Olivier and Stéphanie, carries on a winemaking tradition, embodying innovation and environmental respect with its Terra Vitis certification and organic conversion. A lovely Rolle bringing freshness. White peach, lime blossom, mandarin, the attack is taut but with a beautiful sweetness mid-palate, lingering.
