Domaine de Cardon, located on the Côte Chalonnaise, is the result of a collaboration between regional enthusiasts. Awarded Silver and Gold medals, their Les 4 parcelles, a Chardonnay blend, and Les Gardes, 100% Pinot Noir, attest to their expertise. Cultivating typical Burgundian grape varieties on clay-limestone soils, winemaker Thierry produces authentic single-varietal terroir wines that perfectly express Burgundy. The Chiroubles, grown at high altitude, offers a rich, complex, and feminine wine, both intense and aromatic. A discovery not to be missed for connoisseurs of characterful wines.

Our opinion on the cuvée
This Chiroubles red wine displays a ruby red color and releases delicate floral aromas of violet, iris, lily of the valley, and peony. On the palate, it offers light tannins and a beautiful expression of red fruits, particularly Gamay. Its pleasant texture and freshness make it a perfect wine to accompany fine charcuterie or grilled fish. Ideal for a relaxing moment after work.
