Estate Anecdotes: The Estate's Story. The estate's history began in 1959 when Bernard Olivier established it with just 1 hectare of vines. At that time, polyculture was predominant, encompassing various crops (market gardening, fruit trees, livestock farming). Gradually, viticulture began to expand. Patrick Olivier joined his father in 1983, with the goal of ensuring the sustainability of wine production. The estate subsequently expanded with the acquisition of several plots and the construction of a new winery in 1992. Joined in 2016 by their two children, Florian and Marina, the Olivier family now cultivates 65 hectares of vines.
