Les Sept Pierres is a viticultural project that brings together the seven appellations of Ardèche: Saint-Joseph, Cornas, Condrieu, Saint-Péray, Vivarais, Côtes du Rhône, and Coteaux de l’Ardèche. This diversity of origins allows for a broad and nuanced interpretation of the Ardèche terroirs, between the Rhône valleys and the Cévennes foothills.
Syrah and Viognier form the backbone of the range, bringing structure, aromatic intensity, and regional identity to the wines. This foundation is complemented by more unique choices, such as Pinot Noir and Riesling, cultivated on poor sandstone soils, promoting freshness and finesse.
