Domaine de Cardon, on the Côte Chalonnaise, is the result of a collaboration between passionate local winemakers. Awarded Silver and Gold medals, their wines Les 4 Parcellettes, a Chardonnay blend, and Les Gardes, 100% Pinot Noir, showcase their expertise. Cultivating typical Burgundian grape varieties on clay-limestone soils, winemaker Thierry produces authentic, single-varietal wines that perfectly express Burgundy. The Chiroubles, grown at altitude, offers a rich, complex, and elegant wine, both intense and aromatic. A discovery not to be missed for lovers of characterful wines.

Our opinion on the vintage
This Chiroubles red wine has a ruby-red color and delicate floral aromas of violet, iris, lily of the valley, and peony. Its pleasant texture and freshness make it a perfect wine to accompany fine charcuterie or grilled fish. Ideal for a relaxing moment after work.
