Nestled in the heart of Champagne's largest wine-growing commune, the family estate of Joffrey and his father offers luscious, balanced, and subtle wines made from Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, and Chardonnay grapes. With a history dating back to 1675, this 14th generation of winemakers perpetuates tradition while modernizing the estate. Cellar tours and a private collection of antique winemaking equipment offer an authentic experience, while wine tours in a classic Citroën 2CV Charleston add a unique touch. Thanks to terroir-conscious farming methods, each bottle reflects sustainable viticulture and a prestigious vintage.

Our opinion on the vintage
This wine displays a beautiful straw-yellow color with a fine, elegant mousse. The nose reveals a delicate yet powerful floral aroma reminiscent of spring. On the palate, it offers a lovely freshness, fullness, and subtlety that blend perfectly. Tasting reveals a pure, fluid, and elegant wine with a harmonious balance of sweetness and vivacity. Perfect as an aperitif or with a fish dish, it will also enhance a fruity dessert.
The Joffrey estate is located in Les Riceys-Bas, in Champagne's largest wine-growing commune. It spans nearly 15 hectares of vines planted on clay-limestone soils, offering an ideal terroir for growing Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, and Chardonnay.
The estate practices sustainable viticulture, with grass planted in every other row and adapted cultivation methods, to produce healthy and balanced grapes. Harvesting is carried out with care to preserve the quality and expression of the terroir.
Joffrey wines are gourmet, balanced, and subtle, reflecting the richness of the terroir and the attention paid at every stage from vine to cellar. They offer a beautiful aromatic expression, while remaining accessible and pleasant to taste.
