The Campé d'Enroch cuvée boasts a very appealing pink marbled hue. On the nose, aromas of delicately spiced raspberries unfold, followed by notes of peach after a little aeration. On the palate, this wine reveals a well-defined structure, highlighting raspberry flavors. The finish is round and luscious, perfect for accompanying barbecues with friends or simple, convivial meals.
Anecdotes from the Estate: Winemaking has been practiced in our world since the dawn of time. Being a winemaker means participating in this long chain passed down from generation to generation. It also brings to mind the memory of a remarkable Bordeaux oenologist, Georges Pauli, who introduced me to some truly great wines 25 years ago and who remains, for me, a model of the connection between terroir, great wines, and consumers worldwide.
