The family estate near Valfaunes in Pic Saint-Loup spans over 50 hectares, with 28 hectares in Pic Saint Loup and 22 in IGP Saint Guilhem le Désert - Val de Montferrand. After leaving the cooperative cellar to produce their own wines, Christelle and her father Bernard created straightforward, honest, and simply good wines. The 'Ailes et moi' cuvée reveals fruits, spices, smoky notes, and a unique character, having won a silver medal at the Concours Mondial des Fémininalise. An enriching experience to discover!

Our opinion on the cuvée
This wine reveals a beautiful red color with violet reflections, announcing a complex nose subtly blending fresh fruits and spices. On the palate, the fruity freshness unfolds elegantly, offering a long, coated, and decidedly modern finish. A true character emerges from this wine, which will appeal to lovers of wines with intense flavors and irresistible fruit crunch. To be enjoyed with roast beef, veal neck, or even a chocolate dessert, for a tasting experience full of surprises.
Nestled in the heart of Pic Saint-Loup, about twenty minutes from Montpellier, Château Boisset embodies the tenacity of a winemaking family that has been rooted in this terroir since 1874. In 2015, Christelle Nadal made the bold decision to leave the cooperative winery to produce her own wines alongside her father, Bernard. Vintage after vintage, and despite several hailstorms, she has forged a style that is straightforward, approachable, and unpretentious.
The very name “Pic Saint-Loup” is steeped in medieval legend: Thieri Loup, having returned from the Crusades and learned of his beloved’s death, settled there as a hermit until his own death. The estate spans 45 hectares between Pic Saint-Loup and the Saint-Guilhem-le-Désert IGP, guided by a philosophy that balances respect for biodiversity with the maximum possible reduction of sulfites. A genuine estate, firmly establishing itself.
