Our opinion on the cuvée
This white wine reveals a fresh and fragrant nose, offering aromas of white fruits and flowers. On the palate, a beautiful minerality from the Chenin is felt, combined with the roundness of Chardonnay, creating a surprising balance. Its texture is both fresh and complex, evoking sweet/savory pairings in cuisine. A wine that gradually unfolds, revealing all its richness and subtlety.
