Our opinion on the cuvée
This deep and intense red wine releases aromas of ripe red fruits such as blackberry, blueberry, and redcurrant. On the palate, its round texture and delicate structure perfectly combine with a well-balanced tannic grip. With age, it evolves towards feline and wild notes, offering a unique sensory experience. To be enjoyed with richly flavored dishes such as beef medallions or aged cheeses like Époisses or Comté.
