Domaine Cauvard
Burgundy
Domaine Cauvard is a family-owned wine estate located in Beaune, Burgundy. It cultivates approximately eighteen hectares of vines spread across several communes in the Côte de Beaune, encompassing appellations such as Beaune, Pommard, Volnay, Aloxe-Corton, Corton-Charlemagne, and Hautes-Côtes de Beaune.
Production follows a traditional approach, with careful attention to vineyard work and parcel-by-parcel vinification to preserve the identity of each terroir. Harvesting can be manual or mechanical depending on the cuvées.
Information regarding the estate's founding year or the existence of official organic or environmental certifications is not available.
