Our opinion on the cuvée
This wine offers an intense aroma of red berries and black pepper. On the palate, it is full-bodied and supple, with a pleasant texture. Perfect with grilled meats or cold cuts, it also pairs wonderfully with the cuisine of southwestern France. A fruit-forward wine that can be enjoyed now or aged for a few years.
A central figure in the Southwest, Alain Brumont profoundly transformed the image of Madiran within a few decades.
