Estate Anecdotes “One of our oldest importers supplies our Champagne for every Ariane rocket launch. I like this idea of a rocket; it truly reflects our family's dynamism.” The Estate's Story In 1979, Lulu bequeathed 30 ares of vines to her son "Jean-Michel Gremillet". Since then, he has continuously expanded the estate. His dream of building a Champagne House continues with the successive arrivals of his son Jean-Christophe, cellar master, his daughter Anne, in charge of marketing, and their respective spouses. A complete family united around a shared project. The Estate's Pride The common thread between an Ariane rocket launch in Kourou and a reception at an embassy: Maison Gremillet! A historical supplier to Embassies and Consulates worldwide for forty years, the House was founded by Jean-Michel Gremillet, who inherited a small parcel of vines from his mother. The family estate, now managed by Anne and Jean-Christophe Gremillet, spans approximately forty hectares.
