Our opinion on the cuvée
This wine captivates us from the first glance with its silky and brilliant color. On the nose, it transports us with its explosive aromas of exotic fruits and subtly smoked lemon. On the palate, the buttery texture harmonizes perfectly with the velvety feel, all underpinned by a flinty minerality. A true sensory journey to Burgundy, to be enjoyed now or cellared for up to 5 years. Perfect with creamed turbot or veal chop with cream and morels.
Located between Dijon and Beaune, Château de Prémeaux is situated on Burgundy's Route des Grands Crus. The estate is currently managed by Arnaud Pelletier, representing the fifth generation of a winemaking family established in the region since the 19th century.
The vineyard spans approximately 15 hectares, cultivated using organic farming practices. The plots are predominantly planted with Burgundy's emblematic grape varieties: Chardonnay and Aligoté for whites, and Pinot Noir for reds.
