Our opinion on the cuvée
The wine's bright, pale yellow hue already hints at a delightful freshness. On the nose, the intense floral and fruity aromas (peach, pear) are very pleasant and invite tasting. On the palate, roundness and minerality combine harmoniously, offering a beautiful length that leaves a delicate and subtle sensation. This wine evokes the sweetness and freshness of sunny days, perfect for accompanying light, spring dishes.
Located at the foot of the Solutré rock, Domaine de la Denante spans 19 hectares of vineyards in the heart of the Mâconnais region. The vineyard is managed using sustainable practices (lutte raisonnée), with particular attention paid to environmental respect, an approach now recognized by High Environmental Value (HVE) certification. The site's soils and exposure provide ideal conditions for the expression of Burgundian grape varieties. Vinification is carried out traditionally, in vats and barrels, to preserve the balance between fruit, structure, and finesse. The estate thus strives to produce authentic wines, true to their terroir and the identity of Solutré.
