Domaine de Sarus is a winery located between Tourbes and Pézenas, in the Hérault department, in the heart of Languedoc. It is run by the Carcelle family, who began developing the vineyard in the 1990s, gradually building the estate around local plots.

The estate produces wines under the Pays d’Oc appellation, made from Mediterranean grape varieties such as Syrah, Grenache, Mourvèdre, Carignan, and Merlot, depending on the vintage. The name Sarus refers to the crane of the same name, a symbol of longevity, and reflects the estate’s inspiration drawn from travel and world cultures.
