Our opinion on the cuvée
This wine presents a brilliant straw-yellow color with regular and persistent bubbles. On the nose, the floral and fruity aromas of Chenin subtly blend with the more complex notes brought by Chardonnay. On the palate, the fine bubbles delicately excite the taste buds to reveal the full aromatic richness of this wine, which is fruity, fine, and elegant. Perfect to enjoy as an aperitif or with dessert, this wine will delight sparkling wine enthusiasts.
Domaine de Terrebrune is a family-owned grower-producer estate that cultivates 56 hectares of vines and offers 11 appellations across approximately twenty cuvées. The estate's work is based on an artisanal vision of the craft, blending expertise passed down through previous generations with modern winemaking techniques. This philosophy is particularly expressed through the 'Collection' range, produced in small batches and highlighting remarkable climatic years or specific parcel selections. Family history is at the heart of the project, even extending to the labels which pay tribute to past generations. The estate controls the entire production chain, from vine to bottling, ensuring autonomy and consistency. HVE3 certified, Domaine de Terrebrune is committed to an eco-responsible approach that is mindful of soils and the environment. The Crémant de Loire is entirely vinified at the estate and aged on laths for 24 months.
