On the nose, it reveals significant aromatic complexity with notes of dark berries such as blackcurrant and blackberry, alongside terroir-driven aromas that awaken the senses. On the palate, its remarkable length and robust structure offer a rich and balanced tasting experience. Perfect for pairing with powerful meat dishes like game or sauced meats, it will also beautifully complement a melted cheese platter.
