Our opinion on the cuvée

This Pinot Noir, with its beautiful ruby-red color, reveals a rich bouquet of red fruit notes, particularly morello cherries. On the palate, its lightness and fruitiness—characterized by small red berries—are supported by a consistent and pleasant acidity. A well-balanced and approachable wine, perfect for pairing with cold cuts, grilled meats, or even a lamb tagine. Serve between 8° and 10°C to fully appreciate its subtleties.
