At Domaine de La Dourbie, a love and respect for the terroir shine through in every bottle. Certified organic since 2009, Laurent and his team craft wines that aspire to become Languedoc Grands Crus. The vines, ranging from 50 to 80 years old, produce a wine with a strong character, named "Mala Coste," evoking a velvety sensation on the palate—like a liquid Barry White—with a subtle mineral touch. A unique tasting experience, the result of meticulous and passionate work.

Our opinion on the cuvée
This fine dining wine boasts a golden yellow color with silvery highlights. Its nose reveals a beautiful floral intensity, with notes of broom. On the palate, it is full-bodied and rich, with aromas of vanilla-poached pear and fennel, supported by a salty minerality on the finish. Perfect for pairing with delicate dishes such as scallop tartare or foie gras with quince, it is sure to delight your guests during a meal with friends. Serve chilled, at around 12°C, to fully appreciate its subtlety.

Work in both the vineyard and the cellar is carried out entirely on-site, with particular attention paid to manual harvesting and the sorting of
