Domaine Pithon-Paillé advocates a vision of wine focused on sharing, pleasure, and a sincere expression of the terroir, far from luxury codes and artificiality. During blind tastings, only one question guides their work: is the wine good, fair, and balanced?

Established in 2008, the estate now covers approximately 9 hectares, mainly planted with Chenin, spread across the great terroirs of Anjou, Savennières, Coteaux du Layon, and Quarts de Chaume. As a chameleon grape par excellence, Chenin reveals very different expressions depending on the soils, exposures, and microclimates, giving rise to wines with distinct identities.

The vines are cultivated organically, with particular attention paid to soil life and the natural balance of the vineyard. Work in the cellar prioritizes fruit quality and a faithful interpretation of the schist and volcanic terroirs, to preserve the purity and precision of the wines.
