Jean-Luc, a passionate winemaker from the Rhône Valley, has been producing authentic, high-quality wines since 1987. His flagship wine, "Les Ruchets" from Cornas, reflects his commitment to sustainable viticulture. His daughter Laure, a member of the team, is breaking new ground with wines such as "La Belle de Mai" from Saint-Péray and the Cuvée Carnivore, created in collaboration with Jean-Jacques Dubourdieu. A family-run estate where boldness and respect for nature are the watchwords.

Our opinion on the cuvée
This wine has a pale yellow color with bright highlights. On the nose, it reveals mineral and floral aromas, with delicate notes of pear and apricot. On the palate, roundness and freshness blend perfectly, offering an elegant structure and a broad aromatic palette. Perfect for pairing with fresh cheeses, sushi, or fish en papillote, this wine will appeal to connoisseurs seeking finesse and intensity.
